1. Classic Studio Newborn Session

Best for: Families wanting timeless, posed portraits.

My spacious Gladstone photography studio is set up to be a warm, calm, and safe space for your newborn. I carefully pose your baby in classic positions, using a range of wraps, blankets, and beautiful props. These sessions are slow-paced to ensure your baby stays relaxed and comfortable, resulting in a gallery full of sweet, timeless images.

Lifestyle Newborn Session

Best for: Natural, unposed moments.

Lifestyle sessions focus on capturing genuine connection — your newborn in your arms, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, and those everyday moments that make your heart full. These sessions can be done in-studio where I have a homely session space with a bed and couch.

3. Family & Newborn Session

Best for: Including the whole family in your newborn portraits.

These sessions are a celebration of your new chapter together. From siblings proudly holding their new baby to quiet, emotional moments between parents, I’ll create a variety of images showing the love you share. We’ll capture group portraits and also make sure everyone gets their own special photo with the baby.

You can choose from my digital packages or my print and digital packages, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

4. Newborn Mini Session

Best for: Simple, beautiful portraits of your newborn only.

If you’d like gorgeous images of your baby without props or family poses, my Newborn Mini Session is the perfect option. These short sessions are all about your baby — focusing on simple, natural poses and those sweet newborn details. Quick, easy, and still full of heart.

They are photographed on white with another colour option as well that you can choose.

5. Themed & Creative Newborn Sessions

Best for: Unique and playful setups.

From fairytale-inspired scenes to seasonal setups or designs to match your nursery theme, I love creating something truly special. Every element — from colours to props — is carefully chosen to match your vision and style.

Packages for these sessions can be either the Digital only option and The bronze, silver, gold and platinum packages.

6. Black & White Newborn Portraits

Best for: Elegant, timeless imagery.

There’s something truly special about black and white photography. By removing colour, the focus shifts to emotion and detail — your baby’s eyelashes, the curve of their lips, the tiny creases in their hands. These images are simple, yet powerful, and never go out of style. I include a variety of these in your final gallery from all sessions.

7. Macro Close-Up Newborn Photography

Included in every session.

No matter which newborn session you choose at Rebecca Coverdale Photography, I always include a selection of macro close-up images. These intimate photographs focus on the tiny details that make your baby unique — the delicate eyelashes, curled fingers, button nose, soft hair, and little toes.

These details change so quickly in the first weeks of life, and having them preserved in beautiful, high-quality images means you can remember just how small they were. They’re the perfect complement to your wider portraits, adding a layer of depth and emotion to your newborn gallery.

8. Bump to Baby Packages

Best for: Capturing your journey into parenthood.

My Bump to Baby package includes a maternity session and a newborn session, telling the story from your pregnancy to the first weeks of your baby’s life. It’s a beautiful way to document the anticipation, excitement, and love that grows along the way. I have a package for these two sessions together. Including your Hair and makeup for your maternity session.
