Up to 2 1/2 hours of photography is included, depending on the package chosen, the number of images required, and the use of props or additional children.
Sessions may run shorter or longer depending on the baby’s needs.
A posed family/group session will take place before newborn images.
Candid photos may also be included.
Unlimited images in both color and black & white.
Digital photos will be delivered to the client on a USB flash drive or via a secure downloadable link from the studio’s website.
Files will be provided in high-resolution JPG format, suitable for printing and social media use.
All retainer/deposit fees are non-refundable.
Retainers may be transferred to a new session date in the event of illness or unforeseen issues.
Remaining balances are due [before/on the session date].
Rebecca Coverdale Photography retains legal copyright to all images.
The client is granted a personal-use license to make prints, share on social media, and use images for personal purposes.
Commercial use, resale, or editing beyond basic cropping is not permitted without written consent.
The baby’s safety is the highest priority at all times.
Parents/guardians must remain in the studio throughout the session and are responsible for supervising siblings.
Breaks for feeding, changing, or settling are included as needed.
The Photographer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or uncooperative behavior during the session.
Liability for unforeseen events (equipment failure, theft, illness, or cancellation outside the Photographer’s control) is limited to rescheduling or refund of fees paid.
No personal cameras, mobile phones, or recording devices may be used in the studio during the session unless the Photographer has given prior written permission.
This includes behind-the-scenes photos, videos, or recordings of setups and posing.
The Client understands that sneaking personal photos or videos may result in the session being paused or terminated at the Photographer’s discretion, without refund.
Exceptions may be made at the Photographer’s discretion for a quick “behind-the-scenes” photo if discussed beforehand.
